Course Descriptions

Living in Your Gifts
A half-day  course designed to awaken your understanding and encourage you to begin living in your God-given gifts.  Many courses are designed to teach you about your gifts, but this one has the practical application which will inspire you to think and do more than you ever imagined possible with the gifts that God has given you for His glory.
Flagship verse:  Ephesians 2:10

Leading in Your Gifts
The follow-on course to “Living in Your Gifts.”  An advanced half-day* course designed to move you into applying your gifts towards a God-given vision—to inspire you to dream bigger and expect more from yourself and those around you.

Empowering Leadership
A light content overview course (1-2 hours) designed to awaken the interest of your key leaders in basic leadership principles and inspire them to take initiative to step out and lead in three modes:  by example, via technical expertise, and by inspiration rather than simply understanding leadership as a position of authority.

Leadership Lessons from Nehemiah
An in-depth, step-by-step study of how the cup bearer-turned prophet-turned governor operationalized his God-given gifts to inspire and mobilize the people to do more than they thought they could do in pursuit of a God-given vision.

Foundation for a Vision
The critical point of failure in many churches is the existence of an unbiblical authority structure which is self-defeating in the realization of God’s purpose for His church.  This course outlines the Biblical principles for church authority structure and operations, or as the Apostle Paul called it:  “to set in order the things that are lacking.”

Leadership Lessons from the Cross
A gut-wrenching ride for the maturing leader who is starting to realize that “unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain that build it.”  This course takes you and your fellow leaders on a journey of humility to the cross, away from how you see yourself and how others see you, and into the light of how God sees you.

How the Leader Shapes the Culture of the Organization
For the senior leader(s).  A course designed to make the senior leader(s) aware that choices that he makes and actions he takes have a major impact on shaping not only the outcomes of specific initiatives, but even the culture and actions of the organization and its leaders.  Course teaches an easy-to-remember formula to apply when considering actions that will impact the future of their organization.

Driving the Performance of the Whole Body
So you know who your top performers are—they’re the 20 percent that do over 80 percent of the work.  This is true in every organization.  You probably also know who your lowest performers are (a.k.a. “the dead weight”), but what you may not know is how the get the maximum performance out of the largest portion of your body—that middle 60 or 70 percent who aren’t slugs—they would be more than happy to help out if they just knew what direction you wanted them to go in and what you wanted them to do to get there.
